Walnut halves

The walnut butterfly – the kernel divided into two equal halves – is eaten raw, and is also used in cooking and medicine.
100 g of the product contains 65 g of fat, as well as more than 25 g of protein and carbohydrates.
The company offers two varieties of butterflies:

  • light
  • dark

The light butterfly has a uniform light amber color and is more expensive than the dark one.
There are halves of different sizes available. High-quality ones usually include those with a size of 32 mm or more.
